Sydney Wilson

With a background in teaching children in the dance studio and the classroom, Sydney has an approach to yoga that is accommodating for all ages and abilities. Sydney found yoga to be her saving grace through her busy life. Yoga has been her way to connect with herself, while gaining strength and stamina not only physically but also mentally. Her class is built to serve any age and level of yoga student, by offering options for each pose. Sydney likes to incorporate Yin/Restorative yoga into her Vinyasa flow classes to gain flexibility and reduce stress at the same time. Sydney’s classes are beneficial for dancers and non-dancers alike. Her classes are designed to offer something to each student that walks into her class.

Stacy Gonzales

After leaving the big city of Chicago 6 years ago for a quieter, more peaceful life in Southeast Kansas. You can often find her on her mat enjoying her tranquil “green acres” or engaged in some sort of craft.
Stacy discovered the magic of yoga by accident when she tossed the wrong DVD in her shopping cart.  Deciding it was a sign from the higher powers that be, she watched (and DID!) the DVD and has been hooked ever since pressing play in 2001.  While Stacy enjoys a great class, whether teaching or as a student, restorative or vinyasa, she still regularly pulls out that old DVD to practice and pay homage to Sara Ivanhoe.
It was Stacy’s love of learning and desire to grow and evolve in her practice that prompted her to gain her 200 hour Yoga Alliance teaching certification in September of 2017.  She now hopes to be able to share her passion with classes accessible to yogis of all shapes, sizes and ages.
